Monte Napoleone was founded in Treviso, Italy, in 1974 with one simple belief:

We made a conscious decision. Instead of producing everything, we chose to focus on what we do best: shirts, polo shirts and T-shirts. Real expertise comes from specialization. Over decades, our team has refined the craft of shirtmaking through international manufacturing experience and by meeting the quality standards of demanding brands and retail partners around the world. That experience is reflected in every Monte Napoleone shirt today.
Working closely with our own manufacturing allows us to oversee every stage of production, from fabric selection and pattern development to cutting, sewing, pressing, quality control and final packaging. Before a Monte Napoleone shirt reaches you, it has already been carefully inspected, assessed and refined by the people who made it. Some fabrics are offered as Pre-Order, giving customers access to a wider selection of carefully chosen materials beyond our regular stock.
